Also I think it is close to Owen but not sure. Also it looks nice. Yonge and shepperd is the closest major intersection. It has AC and Heater and it is mid point of my home and JPCI or at least close to it. It has really low monthly maintenance fees for the mortgage compared to other +$400,000 condos. But it doesn't have amenities like others but who's gonna use the pool and gym when you have a mortgage, you will probably be working anyway and when you have time off you would probably be relaxing not working you body more. The counter's look really nice but that is really it, atlas the bathroom isn't front of the entrance. You would need an annual pay of $110,463
